   There is a problem with being able to preview an attached file in an email, sent or received. An error message is displayed in the preview window that requires the user to download the file in order to view it.

   There is a problem preventing attached files in emails from being previewed without having to first download the attachment. Currently, an error message is displayed in the preview panel which states that there is a problem previewing it and to download it.
