I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data. -
Yahoo Mail app on iOS updated today is not functional
We need a working Mail app. Please ensure your app works for everybody before pushing an update.

My mails are deleted and not by me!
I had about 260 mails in my inbox and in December, ı cannot see my ex mails and I did not delete anything and cannot find my back ups till 1990s in this email. Please check my archives and help me to find my emails!

DATA LEAK AND SPAM
Since some data leak happened I been bombarded by some fake spam emails like +30 emails daily with different domains. how can i fix that and block the annoying spam ?? Without having to delete the email as it’s important to me and have it for 10+ years ! Thanks
If you've started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing. This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you. I usually sign in to Yahoo Mail on my computer
I usually sign in to Yahoo Mail on my computer, and so, when it asks me if I want to sign in another way it is a total waste of time for me. Can you please give us the option of signing in the old way instead of wasting a click every time. On my phone I am signed in to Yahoo Mail all the time, and so, this new way of signing in is of no use to me.

Yahoo rejected my VIP contact email
3 vip sender emails were not received and over 24 hours later sender was notified they were rejected by my yahoo account.
I did not get these important emails in yahoo mail or iOS mail app.
Because of this Yahoo will no longer be my primary after 25+ years!Sorry to hear about your experience. Please try the following actions: uninstall the app, restart your mobile device and reinstall the app. Keep us posted if you encounter any other issues.

Forward all of your spam to these idiots, and give them a taste of their own medicine. They won’t respond, but do receive.While most of spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.
When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.

Phishing Emails
Please find a way to filter out phishing emails. I get 20-30 emails a day that are clearly fake and I take the time to click unsubscribe, block the email, and move it to junk and still the number does not decrease. The addresses are so clearly junk but yet you do not block them. I am about to delete my yahoo account due to yahoo not being capable of doing your job adequately. I have had this account for a long time but your customer service is decreasing rapidly making me think that yahoo is part of the reason…

Bulk delete
Delete all the inbox email at once. Read or not. It’s annoying to keep repeating to find the stupid box to check to delete few inbox emails. So annoying. I have thousands of emails. Unsubscribing doesn’t help for all the emails received daily....
