I have been trying for over FOUR MONTHS to get help with YAHOO NEWS comments section.
I am apparently banned from Yahoo News comment section. I believe the remediation algorithm has mistakenly done this. All posts and replies I make are removed in seconds with a comment that it violates policy. How does 'Hello' violate policy? No one can reply on Yahoo HELP and all I get are cut and paste emails telling me to review policies. I have done that many times. I subscribed to paid support and wasted that money to be told that they cannot help me and to contact OpenWeb. I have done this and not gotten a single reply from them either. How can Yahoo have a service that they do not, or cannot, support????

This happened to me after too many rejections of my comments. Most of them simply had to do with the choice of words that I used, none of which were profane. I did get attacked here and there, and did make some snarky and sarcastic comments in retort but I wasn't using hate speech. They finally banned me from commenting for that article because of this comment:
Ok, you mean that the Holocaust did not dehumanize the Jews? Or that slavery was not dehumanizing? Couldn't use the N word in relation to Germany because of the algorithm
So, tell me how that violates their policy? I substituted Holocaust for Nazi because the Algorithm won't allow the use of the word Nazi. Well, why? Is that going to erase the history of the Holocaust. Should we now forget there were and still are Nazis. Should we just stick our head in the sand and ignore.
Stop the nonsense Yahoo!

I just spent another hour on the Chat line with Jade who also tells me that no response is the official Yahoo response. How the heck is that considered 'support'. I did appreciate them trying as this is one of the few times I did not feel like it was some AI Chat Bot.
It still raises the question, how can Yahoo have a service that Yahoo support cannot help anyone with? How is sending the exact same email reply over and over and over, for FOUR MONTHS, any kind of help at all?

Still no reply from Yahoo help or OpenWeb support. Neither seems to take responsibility for this service. How is it possible that even YAHOO paid support cannot help. I wasted $15 for help on this matter and still get no information other than try somewhere else. Unfortunately, I did not know about the refund option until after the 30 days had gone by.
This has seriously ruined my enjoyment of Yahoo News. The dialog in the comments section was my primary reason for using Yahoo News.
