IDENTIFY the complaint to which your "Customer Care" is responding
The title says it!
Customer care responds to a complaint, but it does NOT IDENTIFY WHICH COMPLAINT!
When I report a Yahoo account for spamming or being used to collect replies from phishing/spamming the acceptance screen gives me an incident number. Yahoo's customer care only has a reference alphanumeric designation. It does not reference ANY incident number. If I report Two yahoo accounts the same day (I have) I have no idea WHICH they are referencing!

Yahoo mail has become dysfunctional and essentially unusable
It is working on Chrome OS on a chromebook, and it works on Android on a phone. Under Windows 10, on Chrome browser, it is just totally broken. Opening mailbox often displays only a spinning wheel. Writing a new email, hitting send, gets a sending wheel and then the mail is lost. no draft saved. What is wrong? Do none of the developers actually use this product? Did you allow people who have no idea of a functional browser mail client to do this design? This is unusable and just horrific.

Yahoo changing contact list to right from left side of page is STUPID. We are all used to the old way and YOU ***** IT UP. Also, my list was mostly last name first and YOU switched them to first name first. DUMB idea. All those young uppities who program and make these STUPID changes aren't old enough to have ANY common sense(I am 74). I WANT MY LIST CHANGED BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS< ALPHABETICALLY< LAST NAME FIRST. Since Tuesday, my Yahoo! Mail has deleted a huge chunk of my Sent emails from this year. More Sent mail may be missing as well.
It began when Yahoo! Mail started acting strangely, kicking me out, asking me to Sign In, but failing to recognize my account. Since then, I can see my Inbox again, but my Sent folder, like I said, is missing emails.

Hello Yahoo - ANYBODY HOME?
Are you even reading the feedback we are submitting? I've read not even one positive review of this so-called "new & improved" email format. It is absolutely AWFUL! What's it gonna take for you to get the hint? Maybe we should all say "Bu-Bye" and migrate our email to Gmail or the numerous other alternatives out there.

How do we block spam? Just by putting it in the spam folder once? We used to be able to check "option" and then block spam.
I don't have an idea. I have a question. I keep getting spam by the same organization over and over. They have no unsubscribe button, so I want to block it forever in Yahoo. I can't find a way to do that.

Bad Layout
I dislike the display of a logo and business contact info on the right side of the screen for each sender. I know who sent the e-mail and I know how to contact them. Why waste usable space on this. Less eye candy, more substance.

Your background colors and scene selection sucks.

I NEED you to recover all of my CONTACT information NOW!
CONTACTS has always been a problem for you all when you make changes. You never get it right and you ALWAYS have to restore to the previous version (which is probably one of the original versions).
I had LISTS that had NAMES and those names ONLY had multiple website addresses. ALL of the Website addresses are MISSING (sometimes one address when I click "View more information").
Also, some of the List Names (which are NOW MISSING) had a number (00) or symbol (-) in from of it to put…

NEW EMAIL IS TERRIBLE!!! Its hard to navigate my contact list.

I absolutely hate the new version of yahoo mail. Give us the old one back. All my groups disappeared and there is no visible way to create,
we did not ask for the new version. Please either improve or go back to the old one. Customer service is non existant.
