You lost one of my Cox accounts in the transition.
I was forced to move from Cox to Yahoo. In the transition you lost one of my accounts: nkbbmb98@cox.net. We should be given a FREE month of support.
Also, I cannot set up my accounts on my MacBook using Apple Mail. I've followed the setup instructions exactly.

Hi Nathan, what are you seeing? As in you mention you cannot set up accounts, what error message are you seeing? Can you please elaborate a bit more? Thank you!

I had 3 account at Cox. Yahoo moved only 2 of them. I don't know how to find it or access it. It's not right to charge me to talk to you to FIX it.
