Online help only for people who are not up on technology and who have a disability, is not helpful at all!
I need a telephone # to call instead of having to jump through all of these hoops that I don't understand how to do in the 1st freaking place. So please abandon the idea that everyone knows how to do what they need to do with the online only choices you have provided,. It os not okay. And not being up on technology is actualIy a disibility initself in this day and time. i need to get into my account. I only have one day a week to work on what I need to work on from my account and if I can't even get into on that day which is Sunday, which is the day nobody is manning the phones is bogus and creating a real issue for me. I don't have time for this ****! I remeber when I could call yahoo 24 hours a day. Now I can't get anyone at yahoo on the phone at all.

I agree. It looks like Yahoo bit off more than it could chew when it presumed most problems could be fixed with simple online tutorials.
For the record, I have NEVER gotten any worthwhile help from either the tutorials, or from telephone help. And the help is RUDE! Today I tried to get someone I could understand. The 'help' person's accent was so heav y I could only understand about 25% of what he was saying, if that much.
Then when I asked if there was anyone whose first language was American English, he disconnected! Why does Yahoo tolerate that sort of behavior?
It looks like Yahoo's wonderful-sounding promises are just a bunch of hot air.
And Yahoo certainly doesn't stand behind it's promises to provide a live person to assist paying customers. Just try to use the Chat feature, and you will find out right quick that it's just another robot program that does its best to push Yahoo customers onto another equally unhelpful page.
