Remove political and other irrelevant discussions from the finance message boards
Political posts overtake the message boards, rendering what used to be a great tool close to unusable. Looking at the first screen of GE message boards, I can't find anything but the arguing about global warming.
To solve - allow to vote down users AND posts, and if a user or post gets enough down votes from high ranking users (or by some other similar determination), hide all the posts from the user and do not allow to post for that user for one day.

Yahoo Finance either needs a monitor to read all messages before posting or just do away with the message board.They are filled with messages that are mean, biased, have nothing to do with the stock in point, are spam, ads, etc.

This is easy to fix.
5 of the same posts from the same ID on 5 different boards within 15 seconds disables the ID and removes all the posts from that ID.
Robo spam posts the same post on dozens of boards per minute - a human poster cannot duplicate this. This would also allow active links to be turned back on which is a valuable tool for legitimate posters (and kind of the point of the internet!)
YAHOO - YOU CAN STOP THIS IF YOU CHOOSE TO without encumbering legitimate posters.
SPAM has forced me off the USO board. Nearly every post of the dozens in the last day or two has been robo spam. I'm done with it.

Why does Yahoo have the "Flag" option to "Report Abuse" if they NEVER seems to remove flagged spam, profanity, serial posts, topics and comments that are not about a company or industry, arguments between posters, etc?
It seems that Yahoo claims to be making an effort to improve their sites and services in order to turn their share price around, but the sites are getting worse, and the services have been cut !

if it becomes possible for anonymous users to vote other users off the boards, then one person with many fake logins will eliminate everyone they choose. it will become a deletion war.
just ignore people you don't want to see. and learn to ignore things you don't want to read, if you can't assert leadership to prevent them from happening in your neighborhood.

BRK-A is the worst. Script user is creating scores of new accounts each day and flooding the message board with repeated messages. This has been reported, however Yahoo says the Finance Boards are not monitored and no action will be taken.

Why would Yahoo ever do what they are supposed too? They over pay their new CEO who has done nothing but make Yahoo worse, The board has no clue whats going on but enjoys reaping the benefits and pay, and this entire feedback section looks like its all for show but not for solving any issues.

Please Yahoo, common, why is it so hard to look at a Board and clean it up and kick off troll posters that infest all the time?
Many Yahoo good people are disgusted by the lack of effective and quick censoring of such trash and abuse.
We need faster help on this problem!!!

As of today, the Ceragon CRNT Yahoo Finance Board is still out of control with grossly vulgar and obnoxious multiple trolls that are posting every day, constantly. They target one poster in particular, a poster by the name of Greedyone222. Greedyone222 claims he is a victim of some sick person who is in Europe and wants to drive him crazy. The posts have been on *** topics, private body parts, insulting by attacking a person's mother, and smearing a person in all kinds of revoluting ways.
It is a mystery how and why Yahoo Censors are not responding to kick off the troll posters since Yahoo claims they can trace to the ISP number and block access.
This abuse has been ongoing for a long time, months, and even last year.
However, lately, some posts have been removed by the Censors, but they leave others intact that are equally as bad. It makes no sense. It is hoped that Yahoo will finally figure out a solution and take action to stop this contant troll abuse.
