get the genders of the tennis players correct.
Steve, is not a girl's name. And you have him under the women's section of the U.S. Indoor Tennis Championship.

Put the NBA "playoff" link in subnav on the NBA "scores and schedules" page
I regularly visit the NBA scoreboard page and just noticed today (well into round 2 of the playoffs) that the playoff link was merely missing from the page. I had thought that Yahoo decided not to make a dedicated playoff page this year. I therefore had been going to other sites to see the full playoff picture (NBA.com has a decent one)

Stop placing NASCAR stories on the Indycar web page.
Given that the public at large is pretty much force-fed NASCAR news, you should assume that Indycar fans that navigate three levels deep to the Indycar page of Yahoo Sports are looking for Indycar news. When I see NASCAR news there, particularly as the top story, I find it kind of offensive. You could also create a sports entertainment category for "sports" like NASCAR and professional wrestling.

Have Yahoo! login actually work on all Yahoo! sub-sites (like Yahoo!Sports)
If a user is logged-in successfully on Yahoo! and clicks on a story in Yahoo!Sports, the login gets effed-up. The correct userid is shown at the top of the page; but at the top of the Comments, a DIFFERENT user name shows up, and any attempt to rate or reply in the comments tells the user to login.
Fis the brain damage, please.

nba playoff
The previous nba playoff tag was more than adequate. You don't need to redesign it. Why not use the same one this year and launch the redesign next year? I rely on yahoo for sports information so it's really strange when the information is suddenly inadequate.

your ads make me angry
How about you get rid of the ******** ads that take 30 seconds before I watch a 20 second video clip? I've been using yahoo for a pretty long time and I was happy with your email and sports services. Now, I can't go to the yahoo homepage without getting bombarded with exploding ads telling me to go see iron man 3 or buy a ford pickup. you have become whores to the advertisers. I'm about to switch to gmail because there's no ******** there. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER!

Yahoo sports is missing the boat on lacrosse. Fastest growing sport in America. ESPN has a lacrosse page. The NCAA tourney has every game being broadcast on ESPN. the 4 top seeds are from across the country - Syracuse, Notre Dame, Denver and Ohio State.

Please allow early fantasy football sign up and early mock draft.
I want to mock draft while I'm at work. No harm in allowing that. Cbssports already allows mock drafts and espn already allows you to make leagues, but I prefer yahoo over them and would like to stick with it.
