You need a new "Feedback" crew
They are almost as bad as the writers on this site.

i have seen them adjust or change things, and compared to other big sites, at least yahoo has this feedback link ...they added comment sections under the 'expert' writer articles, after getting feedback here ....the feedback guy 'joe' has sent personal replies/ not form responses, to some of my comments ...whereas, the 'expert' writers (woj,spears,dwyer) have NEVER EVER replied to one singe email or comment ...

I agree. Sometimes they have claimed to complete something and they did nothing to fix the issue. If they complete something, it should be fixed; not left alone to ignore. If we state something that needs to be fixed, it should be fixed. This is why there is a feedback section. If you have a feedback section, you got to listen to them. Doing this would make Yahoo a better site.

Do you ever actually do anything? Or just pretend? You see the SAME complaints on a daily basis, reported by several users, but nothing is ever done.
