Stop making me watch videos when I just want to read a story!
I don't want to watch a video of someone reading me the story when I click on a headline. I just want to READ THE STORY. It infuriates me when I click a story and it's a video instead of just the print version of the story. Stop Yahoo, just stop with the videos!!!!

Maybe if you got rid of those stupid Yahoo "shows"/segments, you could save money and cut back on all the advertisements.
The videos should be done to complement a story, not be THE story.

It's especially annoying when you start with an ad that we can't pause. Can't you have a video that we can start when and if we are ready to view it?

An example I have for today; my Yahoo homepage had 11 of 48 stories as videos in my "Today's Highlights" stories. Almost 25% Do we really need a video on Starbucks and Presidential souvenirs?
