my ratings keep returning to an old score. i have won 3 games and when i log back on i get the old rating again

In the Chinese Checkers game, whenever I've been returning to the game to play again after closing my browser, my ratings keep returning to an older previous score and do not reflect the higher score after winning a number of games prior to shutting down. For example, I should be 14 wins - 2 losses with a ratings of 1668; instead my ratings go back to a prior ratings of 1602 with 8 wins and 2 losses. What's up with that? Please fix.

Please fix the rating problems in the hearts room. When you sign in the score is always different than when you left. VERY ANNOYING! Frank

yeah yahoo what the heck is going on here , just today i played 8 gms and went from 1705 to 1776 rating and when i got back on later it was back at old rank . need it fixed along with my profile

Again tonight at 18.09 my score was at 1538, I just went back in to check my score and it is now at 1534, please check this and get back to me

This has been happening since Saturday 16-02-2013 and i dont understand this, I leave a game ratings at 1585, come back and its 15.11...What is making thishappen, Please answer
