I forgot to mention a few others:
switching between "Luo" and "Lou" on an article--they are distinctly different names, figure out which is the right one and stick with it
not making sure the reporter can pronounce the name properly, whether it's Luo or Lou (the whole name, not just family name)

Also, there are a bunch of spelling mistakes. In just the last 24 hours...
"Stalmach" instead of "Stelmach"
"Cappacocia" instead of "Cappadocia"
"Silicone Valley" instead of "Silicon Valley" -

Before you get better editors you have to actually get AN editor. "tidal"? ...and you guys wrote: "A photoshopped image appearing to show the statue of liberty as it's pounded by title-waves began popping up on Twitter and Facebook. "
