why can i not get the area to add a comment on yahoo after each article..the round clock type item just keeps turning

I had mine fixed but problem is back. I can't comment and if one does come up once in a while that I can respond to, then I have to sign in each time, Why?

I have a different glitch. If it's a yahoo news video, after viewing...if I wish to make a comment; if I don't get the text in the comment box & click "post" before the video clip I'm viewing finishes, then the comment disappears & I have to start over (the screen flicks just before the next video clip plays). This also happens even after I've clicked "post" to post my comment. The screen flicks to the next video & my comment vanishes...I can never find it anywhere. So I rarely comment unless motivated by some specific content & I don't comment to video's...rather I cut the link from my address bar & paste it on my facebook then have my say there.

I think as a Canadian I should move to some foreign country, get my citezinship and re-enter Canada as a refugee and maybe then I will be able to get some financial aid from the government. Gee $50,000 would be nice in my account.
