Yahoo please sort out notifications. Otherwise why bother to have the feature, that only works half the time.

Unable to comment? Keep seeing a spinning wheel? Here’s the solution:
If you are having trouble posting comments and instead keep seeing a little wheel spinning, chances are you are using the Internet
Explorer browser and have the “Compatibility View” option turned on.
It is very easy to turn it off. Simply look for a small icon at the top of your window on the right side of the website address that
looks like a rectangle ripped apart from the middle. When you put your mouse cursor over the icon, it will show some text saying “
Compatibility View”. All you need to do is clicking on it, the page will reload automatically, and you will be able to post and/or
thumb up/down others’ comments again.
If you are seeing something else different or using a different browser and still unable to comment, post below to let us know your
browser and any error message you might see and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

This problem just started for me. My solution was to go under "Tools" in IE and make sure compatibility view was not enabled. ( no check box )

I have also noticed that my Notifications are no longer stuck on Aug 31st, but on Sept 15th!!
Are the notifications ever going to be put right? After all l did post my first feedback on 8th Sept!
We also need to be able to remove old notifications, maybe this would help if we could..
Any ideas Yahoo when this will be fixed? -

Mine has been doing the same, same date. If you click the little "news" icon and reload the main page, wait, then go back and click notificatinos again, about the 2nd time it then pulls up the correct notifications a few more times before jumping back to aug 31 again.
in addition, when under "my comments" and you click the comment you replied to, half the time it pulls up a completely unrelated article that you never commented on. The indexes are all screwed up.

1. I would like the ability to block some of the vile users who persistently stalk and bully people.
2. I would like Yahoo to stop sending out warnings and banning people without checking what they are supposed to have done, because currently there are multiple account holders who deliberately manipulate your software in order to delete comments which results in unfair closing of accounts.
3. Prevent people from holding multiple accounts for the purpose of bullying and stalking ( check their IP addresses).
4 Clean up the disgusting, obscene, racist and bullying comments made by these multiple account holders.Thanks.

@WebLobster. The X is a good idea, especially when notifications still brings back old posts that you have removed some time before. We definitely need to be able to delete these.
