Very often the severe weather alert red box brings up weather alerts from far away places.
I would like the glitch fixed where the severe weather alert brings up alerts from far away place (the alert box only appears when we do have an alert). But it would help if the alert always had a location listed. That way I will know for sure if it is or is not my alert.

I've selected cities for the weather alerts which pertain to our life. Today none of them were there and Denver was there???

I have noticed this problem too. Most of the time the alert does NOT apply to our area. Today's, for instance, seems to be for someplace along the west coast with mountains and lowlands, whereas we are in south central Michigan with no such land features and certainly not an ocean shore with heavy swells!

I couldn't agree more. Sometimes I need to reload the page five or six times to get the correct alert. This makes it unusable in severe weather.
