        Poor design is the reason. The comments section should be optional and the stupid 'how I like to spend time with my pet' survey.

        They also reload the entire page when you click to see another video.

        Mine doesn't take forever at times anymore, it just plain dosn't load starting about four days ago! Where is the page to make this know to your IT people?I have a video open now and it has been loadind for ten min! I have all the updates, all other videos, except for your play just fine! Can you help!
