The name 'Tim Cook' censored in a comment to Yahoo News
I referred to Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, in a comment on a Yahoo News story and the word 'Cook' was censored, i.e. Search and replaced with the standard gibberish reserved for obscenity filtering.
This creates a problem on various levels.

A second occurrence of this bug has presented itself.
The word 'Cook' preceded by 'Tim' is replaced by obscenity gibberish.
