Yahoo alert (BELL Icon).

I'm NOT getting yahoo alert (BELL Icon). It doesn't give me notifications anymore. WHY?

        It was working FINE before!!!,,,Don't understand why now it's not giving ALERT anymore. What's taking soooo looooong to fix this????

        Well, it's now February 24 and Yahoo still hasn't figured out how to get the bell icon back - and the original question was asked on February 5. It's pretty silly how dysfunctional the Yahoo Engineering team is.
