Hi, please let us know how we can improve News further.

Stop asking for a sign in when I'm already signed in - Yahoo is ******** - ********!

How can Yahoo simultaneously have me signed in at the top of the page AND ask me "please sign in to rate" about 2 inches below the heading that says 'Hi R' and offers "sign out" as one of my options. I have come to the conclusion that Yahoo much have a technical support group that was homeless last week and got three hours of training and were then set loose to work on the system. There is no other explanation that makes sense.

I love yahoo sports, have been a member for prob close to 10 years, but I will definitely consider going to ESPN next season if i continue to have to deal with this ********

AGREED……these problems are unique to Yahoo only!!! It's not any of the problems Yahoo has sited and continues with no response from Yahoo addressing the problems?/ …….All other areas play video with sound and have no problems loading email etc….Please advise anyone…Is there any other way to get Yahoo to respond?

It's not the cookies....as when I sign out, I have it set up to erase all cookies, temp files and history. So it is either Yahoo is getting hacked or their site is compromised

Norton is reporting Yahoo as a scam website solely because users have reported it.

      • UldiUldi commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

Or it could be a phishing program someone with admin access has slipped into the mail program. Right now, Norton has labeled Yahoo Mail as a malicious website due to detecting a phishing program.

Why do my messages keep vanishing ? I type out a long message and send it. Then later in the day I run into the person i sent the message to and they say, what message ? Meanwhile i have to tell them all over again what they should have gotten . When conversation history is looked up by BOTH parties the message is simply not anywhere. How very frustrating!!

I am having the same problem, says im logged in, but says I need to log into my account. what is going on, and then I ant access my yahoo web page. if this continues I will be changing my pages and emails. cant check my mail. I don't need a link to create a password. I have done that too many times

      • Anonymous commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

I have also had it with the Yahoo home page message. I can't even copy a page unless I remove it. Fix your problem!!!!

      • LarryLarry commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

Some of my problems (but not all of the commenting problems) went away when my DSL modem was replaced with an upgraded one. Modems from several years ago are making mistakes with the new DSL signals.

      • Anonymous commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

yes i thought it was a fishing scam when i signed in but nothing happened and i still couldn't thumb up/down or comment. it's only annoying because people say stupid stuff and i wanna vent lol but a lot of time i have something contribute but can't. grrrr!

      • S.FreeS.Free commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

i have the same problem....only I want to use my Google sign-in to rate comments....yet when I chose Google, Yahoo still pops up with the sign in page for them. It's a crock!

Now I'm getting a confirmation with an email link to create a password. DON"T WANT TO SIGN IN USING YAHOO. Get it?????

        I have the same problem … 4.17.13
The comment section continues to as me to sign in …when I AM ALREADY SIGNED IN?? It surely isn't my cookies either. There is a glitch in Yahoo's system. People have been telling yahoo about this for weeks and weeks and still it has not been corrected. Jeez! It is frustrating!

      • Anonymous commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

I have done everything suggested and I still have to sign-in every time I go to Yahoo mail. I've had a yahoo mail account for more than 15 years and I even pay extra for Mail Plus Account.

        PLEASE FIX THIS

This all seem to have began when they started cramming FAKEBOOK down our throats

      • StephSteph commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

Seems yahoo has gone to the dogs since they got a new CEO a few years ago.

      • StephSteph commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

My cookies are cleared every time I close the browser and it still happens to me too!

Too bad we can't thumb up/down in these comments! I would thumb up many users here and thumb down yahoo for trying to pass the buck!

      • groovellousgroovellous commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

i wonder what will happen if I try to post this comment. I have to sign in to yahoo every time I turn on my computer even though I am already signed in for 2 weeks at a time. It really annoys me.
