Stop asking for a sign in when I'm already signed in - Yahoo is ******** - ********!
How can Yahoo simultaneously have me signed in at the top of the page AND ask me "please sign in to rate" about 2 inches below the heading that says 'Hi R' and offers "sign out" as one of my options. I have come to the conclusion that Yahoo much have a technical support group that was homeless last week and got three hours of training and were then set loose to work on the system. There is no other explanation that makes sense.

AGREED……these problems are unique to Yahoo only!!! It's not any of the problems Yahoo has sited and continues with no response from Yahoo addressing the problems?/ …….All other areas play video with sound and have no problems loading email etc….Please advise anyone…Is there any other way to get Yahoo to respond?

It's not the cookies....as when I sign out, I have it set up to erase all cookies, temp files and history. So it is either Yahoo is getting hacked or their site is compromised

Norton is reporting Yahoo as a scam website solely because users have reported it.

Or it could be a phishing program someone with admin access has slipped into the mail program. Right now, Norton has labeled Yahoo Mail as a malicious website due to detecting a phishing program.

Why do my messages keep vanishing ? I type out a long message and send it. Then later in the day I run into the person i sent the message to and they say, what message ? Meanwhile i have to tell them all over again what they should have gotten . When conversation history is looked up by BOTH parties the message is simply not anywhere. How very frustrating!!

Some of my problems (but not all of the commenting problems) went away when my DSL modem was replaced with an upgraded one. Modems from several years ago are making mistakes with the new DSL signals.

I have the same problem … 4.17.13
The comment section continues to as me to sign in …when I AM ALREADY SIGNED IN?? It surely isn't my cookies either. There is a glitch in Yahoo's system. People have been telling yahoo about this for weeks and weeks and still it has not been corrected. Jeez! It is frustrating! -

I have done everything suggested and I still have to sign-in every time I go to Yahoo mail. I've had a yahoo mail account for more than 15 years and I even pay extra for Mail Plus Account.
PLEASE FIX THIS

My cookies are cleared every time I close the browser and it still happens to me too!
Too bad we can't thumb up/down in these comments! I would thumb up many users here and thumb down yahoo for trying to pass the buck!
