Add captions for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
In addition to the millions of people who are Deaf and hard of hearing, there is a huge aging population becoming increasingly tech savvy at the same time as their hearing is fading. You must be alienating hundreds of thousands of viewers by having news stories that are video only, no supplemental print story, and no captions. These videos are useless to those of us who can not comprehend the story from sound alone. As long as you don't have captions, I have no choice but to seek news elsewhere.
