The notifications bell doesn't work anymore.
The "my comments" needs to be put back the way it was. If it ain't broke don't fix it, you might break it. You did! The notifications bell is driving me nuts! It says there are notifications. Then when I click on it there are no notifications. To test this I had someone send me messages so that I knew I was supposed to have notifications. The Bell did the same thing. IT'S BROKE, PLEASE FIX IT!

The good folks at Yahoo! must be too busy to look into why one of your apps - that everyone uses - isn't working
April 8, 2013 --- the notifications bell still isn't working right - if it works at all. The alert has stopped showing any signs of life or notifications. Checked for heartbeat - although it was weak, there was still a faint pulse. However, nothing makes it through. May have to use defibrillator and drugs for desired results.
What did your people do and is it ever going to work again?
I am soooooo glad this is a "priority" for Yahoo! - gawd knows how long it would take you to fix anything that WASN"T a priority -

Yeah, past 4-5 days it has not said I have any notifications. It is really annoying and yahoo needs to fix things more quickly. Now I click on articles and it goes to a new strange page that doesnt even have the notification bell. Is this their fix? To just get rid of notifications?

-Yahoo comments and news not working- ya someone is looking into it.(has not worked properly in 6+ months)
Yahoo seems to be working diligently for worse service. -

I have been commenting but not getting any notifications on my bell for 4 days now, and I am wondering what happened to my bell. It says NO notifications, but its been 4 days and I am sure I have gotten alot of thumbs up, but no way of knowing, please help
