Notifications still broken, spinning wheel is back again. Not using IE - using Chrome.
I work in IT and have access to multiple browsers running on multiple operating systems on multiple networks.
Yahoo is screwed up on ALL of them. Stop trying to pin your problems on your users and starting hiring some programmers who know what they're doing. Those idiots in India and the Philippines work cheap for a reason.

I finally noticed something while reloading a pages several dozen times to see what was added. The failed load URL terminates with bcmt_s=u, but when it is finally successful there is an added #ugccmt-container-b. Since you work in IT, maybe you can clue them in as to why this is.

I have had this problem for months, and there doesn't seem to be any help for it. What is going on? I too am using Google Chrome. Please fix this bug!

I concur. The comments section is missing 90% of the time in Chrome despite having a notification. Reloading the page several times will occasionally bring it up, but the annoying part is the link is gone from notifications, so when you give up and leave the page, you can't get back to where your conversation was.
