My Yahoo experience has gone downhill steadily last 6 months. Others have said it well. Been a Yahoo regular since the 80s. Goodbye Yahoo.
Allow users to set Local News location permanently. Proofread news articles so "escape" is not spelled "espace" in the top-of-screen headline. Stop covering everything with loud and splashy ads.

Under sub-categories for U.S. news-politics, the articles have not been updated for over a month.

You could keep your comics up to date when the primary comics keeper goes on vacation.
Assign someone as a backup when the primary is out.

the location for local news and weather is different every time i go to my yahoo news homepage. It is like a random location generator
even though I have a default location entered, the news.yahoo.com page has a different random location for both the local news and weather, everytime i go to that page.

Your Adobe Flash ad is full of bugs I know and I put it on again recently. I am reporting this to my internet service, Facebook, Twitter etc
Yahoo you really are low Flashing this ad that says I need a new Flash Player, you have done this to me on Google Chrome and now on Mozilla Nightly. Take the ad off it is loaded with Spyware Spybot caught 84 malware viruses, etc. the first time I had put it on and three days ago 35 malware, viruses, etc. STOP hurting the hand that feeds you, we the people!!!

I like your WORLD news feature except that your give short shrift to serious news articles with regard to our antipodal friends in Australia
Just now, I counted 25 articles regarding Australia and only 2 had news value. The rest were sport related!! Where's the hard news from down under??

I hate, hate, HATE, the new format for the comics.
The comics show up so large that they are blurred / distorted because they are displayed at some huge, well above 100% size ratio. Also, because they are displayed so large, many of the panels do not show up on my monitor in their entirety. Therefore I have to scroll up and down a few times just to see and then 'get' the comic. Please change the comics size ratio back to 100% of the artists intended size. And no, the issue isn't my browser or screen settings. Every other web page displays normally, and the screen that lists all…

There used to be a 'Responses to Posts' icon. Where has it gone?
At the top of the screen on every page there used to be a 'Responses to Posts' icon so one could keep track of any additional posts to their own comments on a 'thread'. But for some really weird reason (the very core of commenting), this has been deleted. Is it coming back - 'cause if it isn't, neither am I.

Stop "Yahoo Home Page" ad in Yahoo News
Please remove the obstructive purple bar at the bottom of the Yahoo News pages. If I am forced to deal with such aggressive, obnoxious marketing, I will find news at some other site. At least make this ad "clickable".

Please allow me to delete comments. The text indicates that a comment has been deleted, but then the comment appears when I refresh.
I am unable to delete old posts. All cookies have been deleted. Please correct this problem.

All of a sudden yahoo channels do not play video, commercial will play fine, but then story has sound but no picture on many yahoo channels
Recently many Yahoo channels are not displaying video in browsers. You can go to a yahoo channel, the commercial in front will play fine, then the video you came for has sound but no picture. I've found this on just about all the yahoo channels. I have a mac and I use safari, firefox and chrome and it doesn't work with any of these. What's up

Why Doesn't Yahoo Put Trending News Articles FIrst on Search Engine So People Can Comment?
For trending news articles, Yahoo needs to put its story first on the Yahoo search engine so people can comment on it. Instead people have to scroll through massive numbers of articles from other sources to get to the Yahoo article.
