Want my Top Stories page to be organized by sorting on interest + time (under interest)

If the user has already put effort and organized his interest into collections then it makes sense to show the Top Stories page Titles ordered by Collection and internally sorted by Time.
Case to support this claim: Like in the new metro Yahoo.com home page ability to arrange the section like News, Finance, Sports, Local is simple and very useful features. After this change click through on Home page has increased a lot, so similar feature of grouping interested by Collection/Section and having user ability to arrange his section on the top story page which help to get a quick glace on whats happening in that interest group will definitely add to a better user experience.
